The Joan Didion Golden Land Event held at the Golden 1 Center was a great success and we at the Sacramento Historical Society would like to thank all of the donors who's generosity made this evening possible as well as the speakers who participated and shared their experiences and tributes.
We are very proud and honored to have been able to celebrate our Sacramento native, brilliant writer in this way. We look forward to many more events celebrating Sacramento History like this in the future!
